Employer issues a detailed demand letter, job roles, salary, and contract along with power of attorney and recruitment agreement.
2. Approvals & Attestation
All documents are submitted for government and embassy approvals and officially attested for compliance.
3. Advertising & Sourcing
Vacancies are advertised through various channels, and applications are collected, screened, and shortlisted.
4. Interview & Selection
Shortlisted candidates attend interviews and skill or trade tests, with final selection made by the employer.
5. Medical & Fitness Test
Selected candidates undergo medical examinations at authorized centers to ensure physical fitness for overseas work.
6. Visa & Emigration Process
Work visas are processed by the employer, and emigration clearance is obtained by the recruitment agency.
7. Orientation & Deployment
Pre-departure briefing is provided, travel tickets arranged, and workers are deployed to the employer overseas.
